I’m sorry I cant seem to get this to open. I am in the creative haven. what should I do. will need it in JPG
Bonnie – I sent you an email. This is a *.zip file and you need to unzip it in order to access it. If you are on a computer you typically right click and unzip. If you are on a phone or ipad you may need to use a CPU or get an app that can unzip a folder!
I can’t open either on phone
Paula – this a ZIP file. Depending on your phone you may need an app to unzip it to access. Ideally you would download it to a computer and unzip it. I hope this helps.
